Job summary

V2Soft is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Program Manager to drive governance within an agile framework and coordinate cross-functional teams across matrix organizations.

You will resolve conflicts, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery of complex information systems enhancements with best-practice PM methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering projects within an agile release governance structure.
• Proven ability to work in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of PM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with system development methodologies for new or enhanced systems.
• Excellent communication of stakeholder needs and decisions.
• Ability to build consensus and negotiate outcomes across teams.
• Experience coordinating multiple leadership roles (PM/Program Manager).
