Job summary

Local candidates only, in a government or public sector environment preferred. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, conflict resolution, and governance across multiple teams.

• 5+ years of experience working in team environments within matrix organizations.
• 5+ years resolving complex, high-priority conflicts and competing requirements.
• 5+ years applying project management principles, methodologies and best practices.
• 5+ years with system development methodologies for building new systems and enhancing existing information systems.
• 5+ years communicating stakeholder needs clearly and effectively.
• 5+ years analyzing data, identifying problems, and developing actionable solutions.
• 5+ years communicating across teams, building consensus, facilitating working sessions, and negotiating outcomes.
• 5+ years managing stakeholder relationships and resolving issues.
• Preferred: experience in government/public sector environments.
• Preferred: experience in multiple leadership/support roles (e.g., Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator)
