Job summary

Granger Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead public sector projects that positively impact local communities. You will coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep programs on track.

You will manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking, ensuring BIM/MEP coordination and compliance with standards. Subcontracts and purchase orders will be written and budgets monitored through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with construction-specific software like Procore, ViewPoint, or Microsoft Project.
