In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering complex, enterprise‑level software upgrades and implementations that directly impact how our customers operate. You'll lead and provide technical expertise to installation teams, guiding projects from initiation to close and ensuring customer expectations are not just met, but exceeded. You will play a crucial role in building and strengthening customer relationships and assisting in organizational sales efforts.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Lead and provide technical leadership for enterprise‑level software implementations, upgrades, and migrations for our customers.
  • Spearhead all aspects of the project lifecycle, from Statements of Work, developing plans and managing budgets to coordinating cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage project dependencies, and devise contingency plans to ensure successful project completion.
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact, ensuring a positive experience throughout the project and beyond.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including process development and execution.
  • Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines in a high‑pressure environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and elicit cooperation from diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Team player – strong initiative, independent thinker, driven to succeed, high energy with a commitment to work and follow‑through.
  • Technical competency with Google Product Suite, Salesforce/Kantata and Smartsheet.
Bonus Points For
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce / Kantata.
  • Experience implementing enterprise‑level ERP or accounting systems.
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry.

Compensation

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full‑time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring Range: $74,000.00 – $101,800.00
