Job summary

BCP Engineers & Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a single product development or replica-build effort in a manufacturing setting. Flexible hours with either part-time or full-time arrangements are supported.

The role requires coordinating with third-party hardware suppliers and internal software teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables using Agile methodologies, and ensuring on-time, on-budget quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience.
• Proven experience managing technical projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong manufacturing background, ideally in sensitive or regulated equipment production.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects under an Agile methodology.
• Nuclear and/or utility industry experience; adjacent regulated industries (aerospace, medical, pharma) considered

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for a single product development / replica-build effort
• Coordinate with the third-party hardware supplier and internal software development
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables using Agile methodology
• Oversee product testing activities in Georgia
• Coordinate across engineering, production, and quality teams
• Manage risk, remove blockers, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to quality and safety standards
• Provide clear, consistent stakeholder communication and status reporting
