Job summary

Multistudio in Kansas City seeks a Project Manager with 5+ years’ experience to lead multidisciplinary teams across civic, cultural, workplace, and mixed-use projects. You’ll develop comprehensive plans, manage budgets and client expectations to deliver design excellence and energy performance.

You will mentor staff, maintain design intent, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ related experience in design/architecture.
• Experience with high-design projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Revit 2025 and coordination with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and initiation including defining clear project scope with clients and mitigating project risks.
• Lead and support team by delegating tasks and resolving conflicts professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years' related experience for our Kansas City studio location. In this role you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams. You’ll oversee projects through all phases by developing comprehensive project plans and budgets and manage client expectations effectively. You can expect to work with a project team that ensures the projects meet metrics for energy performance, financial performance and design excellence.
