This company specializes in delivering seamless technology infrastructure installations on a service-based model for a wide range of large enterprises. By combining a vast, nationwide network of highly skilled field technicians with a dedicated team of in-house project managers, they efficiently manage complex, large-scale deployment projects across the country.

Over the past ten years, the company has seen significant expansion as major organizations increasingly adopt flexible workforce strategies. The company operates from its main office in Bend, Oregon, with additional regional offices located throughout the United States.

Currently, the team is hiring a Project Manager to create, coordinate, and report on client installation and service dispatches.

This role will be 100% remote with minimal travel. The hours are overnight from 8:30pm to 4:30am Sunday to Thursday.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Oversee all elements of multi-location installation projects, coordinating between clients and field service technicians to ensure timely scheduling of both parts and personnel while meeting company profitability goals

• Develop and maintain strong, reliable relationships with clients built on trust and competence

• Provide clients with consistent updates on project status and any changes in scope

• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with field technicians

• Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to define the scope of work for complex projects and large-scale deployments

• Enter client work orders into the TechLink system and assign them to appropriately qualified field technicians

• Manage technician coordination and on-site activities in accordance with established operational procedures

• Ensure technicians meet specific work order requirements through diligent follow-up

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in interactions with clients, team members, and colleagues

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in project management

• Prior experience leading a team is a plus

• Background in installing and servicing systems such as digital signage, telecom, VoIP, satellite, networking hardware (e.g., routers), and structured cabling

• Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working under deadlines, adapting to project changes, and navigating unexpected challenges

• Experience interacting with clients and communicating across various levels of an organization

• Willingness to be occasionally available outside of standard business hours to support company goals

• Capable of overseeing personnel and coordinating tasks to ensure successful project completion

• Skilled in identifying and resolving technical, staffing, or operational project issues

• Willing to work overnight hours
