Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a project manager to lead a team of Java programmers across multiple enterprise projects at our on-site Jefferson City facility. The role includes mentoring staff, guiding analysis, design, testing, and implementation, and aiding in the adoption of purchased systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong Java/C++/C#, agile leadership experience, excellent communication, and solid project management fundamentals. Standard hours apply, with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing software development teams that develop enterprise applications in Java.
• Experience in programming – preferably Java or C++/C#
• Experience leading staff using an agile methodology
• Knowledge of project management standards and tools
• Experience in project management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with both the business community and the technical community
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail
• High School diploma or equivalent
• BS or BA in Computer Science or related field

• Create a team environment in order to complete programming projects in a timely manner
• Understand and insure that all projects follow the Systems Development Life Cycle process
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Application Development.
