OCMI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a long‑term capital improvement program for a major higher education client in Long Beach, CA.
The role covers planning, pre-construction, construction, and close‑out for renovation and life‑safety upgrades in active facilities. You will coordinate with facility staff, contractors, and design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and deliver high‑quality project documentation and reporting.

We’re currently looking for a Project Manager to add to our team in Long Beach, CA. This role offers you the opportunity to be a key member of our project management team, leading a long-term capital improvement program for a reputable higher education client. The program will include a variety of renovation and facility improvement projects involving fire/life-safety, accessibility, code compliance, building systems, and infrastructure upgrades within an active, occupied environment. We are seeking an individual who can lead clients to success on their projects from planning and pre‑construction through construction and close‑out.
Compensation: $140,000 - $155,000
