Job summary

Logoplaste in Inwood, WV is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

You will coordinate teams, manage risks, engage stakeholders, and maintain project documentation while upholding ILab methodologies and best practices.

Travel to client sites or suppliers may be required.

Logoplaste is currently seeking to hire a Project Manager, to join the team in Inwood, WV.

Responsibilities:
Project Management Activities
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Track project milestones and derivable
  • Executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identifies clear objectives, resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Manages the due time for each task and promote action plans to keep project on track
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
  • Effectively applies ILab methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, up to date, and stored appropriately
  • Acts proactively , gathering information to propose alternatives
  • Takes the right decisions, even if they are controversial at the moment
  • Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations and meetings
  • Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, supporting plants or visit suppliers
Project Accounting
  • Draft and submit budget proposals. Review them when necessary.
  • Determines appropriate revenue, ensures timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
  • Analyzes project profitability, revenue and margins.
  • Understands our pricing model and billing procedures.
  • Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability and margins.
Business Development
  • Identifies business development and look closely to sales opportunities.
  • Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions.
Technical Understanding
  • Possesses general understanding in the area of rigid plastic packaging development and production.
  • Understands Internet, Intranet and ILab softwares.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of ILab capabilities.
  • Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on our area.
  • Possesses knowledge in quality management, food contact legislation, logistics & marketing
Communication
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
  • Holds regular status meetings with project team.
  • Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization.
  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
  • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner.
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
