Harba Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Project Controller to support large-scale engineering and capital projects in a regulated manufacturing environment.

This hybrid role partners with Project Managers to oversee budgets, schedules, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will develop schedules, monitor performance, support EVM, and provide executive dashboards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in project controls, scheduling, cost engineering, or financial analysis.
• Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
• Strong Excel; Power BI a plus.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, schedule management, and EVM knowledge.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other capital projects favored.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to support large-scale engineering and capital projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. In this hybrid role, you'll partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and performance reporting, helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables against baseline plans.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify potential delays, cost variances, and project risks.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, and executive-level project status updates.
• Support earned value management (EVM), cost-to-complete analysis, and resource forecasting.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and finance to provide accurate project reporting.
• Track contract values, scope changes, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure billing and invoicing align with project progress and contractual milestones.
• Support continuous improvement of project controls processes, reporting, and scheduling standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, project scheduling, cost engineering, or financial analysis.
• Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, schedule management, and earned value management.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other capital project environments is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
