Position Title: Project Manager

Location: 9115 Hague Road Indianapolis, IN 46256 Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote)

Duration: 12 months contract

Description:Type of Role: Contingent

Hours: Standard hours (40 hours) Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote)

Experience:

It would be good to have 3 years of experience in scheduling and project management

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive operations technical transfer project plans, considering timelines, budgets, and resource management.

Monitor and control project execution.

Monitor and mitigate risk – Monitor the progress of projects and proactively identify and report any projected risks to overall targets or timelines as well as potential mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements/improvement potential

Who you are

Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years project management including risk management, project reporting, and delivering quantitative and qualitative results in complex environments.

Experience in a manufacturing environment for medical or pharmaceutical products.

Good problem solving skills and ability to coordinate project related activities

Strong written and oral communication skills

Stakeholder management and facilitation skills

Proficient in project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheets, and/or Monday.com.

Ability to manage projects with ambitious milestones

Ability to escalate and drive management decisions in relation to project execution and resource needs

Project Management specific training and/or certification

Lead cross-functional collaboration with the internal and external partners; Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams

Preferred

3+ years of project management experience including risk management, project reporting, and delivering quantitative and qualitative results in complex environments.

PMP certification preferred.

Familiarity with Monday.com

Strong business acumen and dedication to operational excellence

Excellent communication on different Levels, ability to address challenges in an environment with divergent interest

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and to align divers interests towards a common goal
