Job summary

Goldbrecht LLC is seeking a senior project manager to lead field operations for high-end residential and commercial construction projects. You will coordinate with architects, owners, and general contractors from concept through installation, ensuring design intent and quality are met.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and team communications across sales, engineering, CAD, and production, while overseeing shop drawings and installation teams on luxury glass systems across the US and beyond.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of field experience in high end residential/commercial construction.
  • Degree or Diploma in construction or related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • 7+ years of working directly with architects/general contractors and glass manufacturers.
  • 3+ years of experience in the luxury fenestration industry.
  • Broad experience with window/door products.
  • Background that includes experience working in an environment that required custom solutions and/or a high level of precision is a plus.
  • Broad experience in managing architectural products.
  • Knowledge and expertise in glass and glass installation.
  • Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

  • Interact with top architects, owner representatives, owners and general contractors.
  • Broker problem resolution discussions with architect and builder and offer practical, workable solutions.
  • Manage expectations between various stake holders; create and communicate realistic goals for timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that production and implementation of the product fulfills the architect's design requests.
  • Review drawings for planning, manufacturing and installation with an eye for the aesthetics and function of the overall design.
  • Be able to work and communicate effectively with sales, engineering, CAD and production departments.
  • Coordinate luxury glass sliding wall projects from engineering to completion.
  • Collaborate with the production department on a project fabrication schedule.
  • Oversee the shop drawing process.
  • Supervise the installation process and installation teams.
  • Conduct quality inspections on our installations.
  • Coordinate all customer service requests related to our products and installations.
  • Travel to project sites throughout the US, potentially travel to Canada, Mexico and Caribbean Islands

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrable track record as the \"go to\" person to tactfully resolve client issues
  • Background that includes experience working in an environment that required custom solutions and/or a high level of precision is a plus
  • Broad experience in managing architectural products
  • Knowledge and expertise in glass and glass installation
  • Customer Service Experience

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
