Work Environment

The company provides a close-knit family environment, priding themselves on the culture they have built. The architectural team is split into a production group and a project management group. This is a production-based role within one of four teams that specialize in different projects/clients. Candidates will have exposure to various project types. The architecture team comprises 17 members. The work schedule is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Flexible start and finish hours, typically from 8 am to 5 pm, are available. Current projects include DAISO, Tesla, and Casey's. The firm handles various project types, such as retail stores, restaurants, fuel stations/travel centers, dispensaries, tenant improvements, and veterinarian hospitals.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
