Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and oral.
  • Experience from hardware and software projects, preferably within security, defense or critical infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. With a strong background in maintaining documentation and building workflow frameworks.
  • Able to be cleared for a EU Secret security clearance.

  • Lead development and delivery projects of defense products and integration into partner systems.
  • Oversee the implementation of project milestones (e.g. PDR, CDR, FDR to FAT and SAT).
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met and help build new processes following modern project methodology.
  • Follow up on delivery milestones with customers and participate in on-site visits during test and evaluation phases.
  • Coordinate with cross-department activities between engineering, production, customer experience, and support.

Salary : $130,000 — $150,000

Bonus : 10%

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of complex government contracts from award through final delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and compliance while ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements (FAR/DFARS) and customer expectations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, supply chain, and quality to deliver mission-critical solutions on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, disciplined program controls, and experience working with government stakeholders in highly regulated environments. This is a high-visibility role requiring accountability, precision, and the ability to drive performance in support of national defense objectives.

Relevant Skills
  • Education at Bachelor’s or Master’s level with minimum 5 years relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and oral

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
