Kelley Engineered Equipment, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, custom equipment projects from concept through delivery. You will own the full project lifecycle, working across engineering and production to ensure high-quality systems are delivered on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing schedules, controlling costs, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Travel to job sites is expected ~10-20%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, forecasting.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage demanding clients and resolve conflicts.

The Role:

KEE is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, custom equipment projects from concept through delivery.

This role owns the full project lifecycle, working across engineering and production to deliver high-quality systems on time and on budget.
