Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance in Michigan is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Delivery Management Division. This role emphasizes applying PM methodologies, aligning with stakeholders, and delivering outcomes across multiple projects.

After in-person training, the position offers a flexible work-from-home option up to 3 days per week, though full remote is not available. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• Active participation in project management continuing education preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve problems.
• Ability to present engaging project updates to various levels of the Company.
• Ability to distribute tasks according to skills of each team member.
• Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and scope changes.
• Ability to mentor other Project Managers.
• Ability to facilitate team meetings and handle conflicts.
