The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of PM experience in enterprise software and digital payments, with strong Agile and release-management skills. Collaboration across onshore/offshore teams is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in business, technology, or engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software and digital payments.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum with release management exposure.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery for CashFlow Central initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Track progress, manage scope, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate releases across Product, Development, QA, Operations, and Infra.
- Provide executive status reports and governance artifacts.
- Facilitate Go/No-Go reviews and production readiness assessments.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and allocate resources.
- Support Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and dependency management.
- Serve as primary contact for business and technology stakeholders.
- Manage migrations, onboarding, and production support events.
- Maintain RAID logs and release calendars.

Fiserv is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery and execution initiatives for the CashFlow Central (CFC) platform. This role will partner closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering teams, Operations, Release Management, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful planning, tracking, coordination, and delivery of CFC initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, release coordination experience, technical understanding of digital payment platforms, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for CashFlow Central initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
- Track project progress and ensure commitments are delivered on time and within scope.
- Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
- Provide executive-level project status reporting and dashboards.
- Coordinate releases across Product, Development, QA, Operations, and Infrastructure teams.
- Facilitate Go/No-Go reviews, deployment planning, production readiness assessments, and CAB activities.
- Coordinate work across onshore and offshore teams and manage resource allocation.
- Support Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning, and dependency management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders.
- Coordinate migration activities, client onboarding efforts, and production support events.
- Maintain RAID logs, release calendars, project documentation, and governance artifacts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise software, digital banking, or payment solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with release management and change management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
