Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in millwork, construction, or woodworking project management preferred.
• Strong understanding of millwork fabrication, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
• Excellent organization, time management, and multi-project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software; AutoCAD/Bluebeam experience is a plus.
