Title: Project Manager with Planisware PPM

Location: Foster City, CA 94404 (Remote/Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Planisware to lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise portfolio and project management solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of project lifecycle management using Planisware.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects using Planisware as the core PPM platform
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting within Planisware
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and reporting standards
• Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support within Planisware, where applicable
• Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Planisware processes across teams

Skills/Experience

• Experience Range - 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology or enterprise project setting
• Strong hands-on experience with Planisware (Enterprise or Orchestra editions) in a PM or Admin role
• Knowledge of project/portfolio management processes, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and interface with senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with GxP compliance, pharmaceutical, or life sciences domain is a plus
• Provide an overview and training on Planisware usage and system architecture
• Manage and maintain the Planisware System Console and architecture
• Handle Planisware administration, including Users, User Groups, Profiles, User Parameters, and User Traces; Build and manage Planisware Explorers, queries, and dashboards
• Planisware certification or prior experience in Planisware implementation/migration projects
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification; Experience in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
• BS/BE in IT/IS, Computer Science, or related and/or relevant experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
