You will drive planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams, balancing scope and timelines while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, agile methods, and collaboration with IT and business teams to deliver impactful banking solutions.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of project management or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with Agile Scrum, PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience implementing system projects in a banking/IT environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsabilidades

About the Position:As the Product Manager, you will provide leadership to assist the Bank in achieving its objectives through the effective completion of projects and implementation of systems. You will be involved in technology-driven projects that requires hands-on involvement. The ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes will be critical to the success of your role. You will be expected to manage hybrid projects that will involve traditional and agile methodologies for delivery.What You Will Do:Lead planning and/or implementation of projects.
