POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities are planning, directing, and coordinating construction activities associated with heavy civil projects, mainly construction, repair and maintenance of roads, bridges and underground utilities. The position is further expected to participate in and positively contribute to the conceptual development of project estimates and work-plansfollowed by overseeing the projects’ organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
