• Oversee monthly billings, change orders, and cash flow projections; report financials.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients, owners, and stakeholders; lead meetings.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee heavy highway construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for managing project teams, budgets, schedules, client relationships, and overall project execution while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in heavy highway construction as a Project Engineer, Construction Manager, or Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve project discrepancies.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to grow professionally while mentoring others.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and fostering a safety-first culture.
• Experience leading Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field staff.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Experience building relationships with owners, clients, and project stakeholders.
