Job Title: Project Manager - Marketing Operations

Location: Elkhart, Indiana

About Us:

Forest River, Inc., a leading manufacturer in the recreational vehicle (RV), marine, cargo, and commercial industries, is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This position will play a critical role in establishing and managing processes and workflows for all marketing projects across divisions and brands, including overseeing our internal creative and design agency.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will coordinate and streamline marketing projects from conception to completion, collaborating with divisions (RV, Marine, Cargo, Commercial) and brands to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery within budget and schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a proven marketing operations track record.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and manage processes and workflows for all marketing projects.
  2. Oversee the internal creative and design agency, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  3. Coordinate with division and brand leads to prioritize and schedule projects.
  4. Ensure projects align with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
  5. Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  6. Manage resources, including staffing, budgets, tools, and timelines.
  7. Facilitate communication between teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  8. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Internal Creative and Design Agency Services:
  • Design: Marketing materials creation.
  • Photography/Video: Content creation in studio.
  • Content: Social media designs and digital content.
  • Collateral: Sell sheets, brochures, and other materials.
  • Point-of-Sale: Design, sourcing, and distribution.
  • Events: Management of event logistics.
  • Communications: PR, email marketing, promotions, dealer relations.
  • Advertising: Digital and traditional campaigns.
  • Dealer Support: Websites, signage, training.
  • Naming: Developing and clearing brand and model names.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years project management experience in marketing or creative environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in project management software/tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
