Job summary

The role acts as an off-site/on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, materials, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring codes and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Construction Engineering degree or Industrial Technology degree required in lieu of experience.
• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Excel, Procore, CAD, BMI Modeling for planning and design.
• Quickbooks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all construction phases from conception to completion, including managing budgets and schedules.
• Interpreting blueprints, designing temporary structures, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Conducting site inspections, verifying materials, and resolving construction issues in real-time.
• Coordinating between clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinating the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to keep projects on schedule.

A Construction Engineer / Project Manager to manage the design, planning, and construction of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Acting as an off-site /on-site project leader, overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors, materials, and compliance with regulations.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Project Management & Coordination: Overseeing all construction phases from conception to completion, including managing budgets and schedules.
• Technical Planning & Design: Interpreting blueprints, designing temporary structures, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• On-Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conducting site inspections, verifying materials, and resolving construction issues in real-time.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating between clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Logistics Management: Coordinating the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to keep projects on schedule.

Construction Engineering degree or Industrial Technology degree required in lieu of experience.

Must be proficient in software, such as Microsoft Excel, Procore, CAD, BMI Modeling, all for planning and design.

Quickbooks experience a plus.
