Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage CE&I projects from notice to proceed through final acceptance and closeout.

• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, staffing plans, and budgets.
• Oversee construction inspection activities to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Review and approve pay applications, change orders, daily reports, and project documentation.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
