LLC in Delaware seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of GT Infinity 2.0, an AI-enabled lifelong learning platform offering personalized learning, skills assessments, adaptive learning pathways, digital credentials, and system integrations.

The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating technical and functional teams, and ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budgets.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong experience managing complex software development or digital platform projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Must be eligible to sit for PMP certification.

Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of GT Infinity 2.0, an AI-enabled lifelong learning platform offering personalized learning, skills assessments, adaptive learning pathways, digital credentials, and system integrations.

The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating technical and functional teams, and ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end software development and digital platform implementation projects.

Lead Agile activities, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release management.

Coordinate developers, UX/UI designers, data teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Track project progress and provide stakeholder updates and status reports.

Utilize Azure DevOps for sprint tracking and backlog management.

Oversee discovery, prototyping, development, testing, and production deployment.

Required Skills :

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

10+ years of relevant project management experience.

Strong experience managing complex software development or digital platform projects.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.

Exposure to EdTech, LMS, or workforce development platforms.

Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Exposure to Salesforce, Canvas, system integrations, and Figma.
