Job summary

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee program operations, personnel coordination, and DoD cybersecurity workforce requirements in support of contract execution in Guam. You will ensure activities are planned, staffed, directed, and controlled to meet contract objectives, with emphasis on training, compliance, reporting, and on-site support.

The role requires US citizenship, an active security clearance, a valid Guam driver’s license, and willingness to travel to Government

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management within a DoD, government, or technical support environment.
• Knowledge of DoD IA certification requirements (DoD 8570.1, DoD 8570.1‑M, SECNAV M‑5239.2).
• Ability to manage personnel, training compliance, and certification tracking.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate field support activities and local travel requirements.
• Valid driver’s license for on-site support operations.

Overview

Mano Lani is looking for a Project Manager who oversees program operations, personnel coordination, compliance activities, and reporting requirements in support of contract execution. This role ensures all project activities are planned, organized, staffed, directed, and controlled in alignment with contract objectives and Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Oversight — Manage contract execution, personnel coordination, and compliant cost‑accounting systems; provide required status, trouble‑ticket, and configuration data to Government stakeholders.
• Cybersecurity Compliance — Ensure all personnel meet DoD 8570.1/8570.1‑M and SECNAV M‑5239.2 IA/Cybersecurity Workforce certification requirements.
• Training Management — Provide and track required training to maintain personnel qualifications and certification currency.
• Local Support — Ensure staff maintain valid Guam driver’s licenses and support local travel to Government facilities.

Requirements

Security

Requires the applicant to possess and maintain an active security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
