Cybersecurity Compliance — Ensure all personnel meet DoD 8570.1/8570.1‑M and SECNAV M‑5239.2 IA/Cybersecurity Workforce certification requirements. Training Management — Provide and track required training to maintain personnel qualifications and certification currency. Local Support — Ensure staff maintain valid Guam driver’s licenses and support local travel to Government facilities.

Requirements

Qualifications Experience in program or project management within a DoD, Government, or technical support environment. Preferred Certifications CompTIA Security+ CompTIA Network+ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Any certification listed under DoD 8570.1‑M or SECNAV M‑5239.2 for IA/Cybersecurity Workforce roles.

Security: Requires the applicant to possess and maintain an active security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.

Physical Requirements: Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
