Job Description:

1. Engage in planning meetings and discussions along with Client Project Manager and other stakeholders.
2. Review running project schedules and methodology.
3. Perform assessment of client defined plan and execution schedule & advise for adjustments, if required.
4. Collaborate with all stakeholders participating in planning and execution to keep project on track with timelines.
5. Provide guidance to the team to stay on track and fast-track the execution.
6. Monitor project progress and provide recommendations to adjust the schedule.
7. Provide recommendations to mitigate project risks and issues.
8. Assist Client PM in planning and execution.
9. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
10. Communicate/liaison with the CBS-IT Project and Operation Team.
11. Identify and assign appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guide and coach team members through various stages of the project; provide developmental feedback to team members.
