The Project Manager serves as a project management professional responsible for coordinating, organizing and supporting agency-wide initiatives that align with SC Housing's strategic goals and operational priorities. This position manages one or more projects of moderate complexity and risk while supporting larger enterprise initiatives as needed. The role provides structure, oversight and accountability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
This position supports cross-functional initiatives including implementations, improvements, business process enhancements and related IT modernization projects. The Project Manager works collaboratively with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, procurement and leadership to help ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with agency objectives.
A bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, information technology, computer science, finance, public administration or a related field and five (5) years of full-time project management experience.
Must be able to lift and carry files, books and reports weighing up to 20 lbs. Must be able to perform filing, desk work and operate general office equipment. Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged or intermittent periods of time while sharing, gathering or presenting information to other staff members or external parties. Employee must be able to perform these tasks with or without reasonable accommodations. Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000
