Job summary

Actalent in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects lifecycle, with emphasis on healthcare and municipal sectors. You will coordinate owners, designers, subcontractors and internal teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and hands-on proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Office. You will read drawings, track costs, review contracts, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery

Qualifications

• 37 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, project sequencing, contract administration, cost control, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and project financial reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Procore construction management software.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for document review and markup.
• Strong leadership skills with a high level of accountability and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Identify project risks early, resolve conflicts among stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and clearly communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with construction drawings, specifications, permits, building codes, safety requirements, and internal company standards.

Job Description

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $115000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
