As a Project Manager at Madison, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of client projects, maintaining our commitment to collaboration, transparency, and exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, strategy, and account management to align project objectives, facilitate brainstorming sessions, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including team members and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines closely, tracking expenses and progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and Madison’s standards of excellence.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager in a creative agency or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
- PMP certification (preferred).
