Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Remote Project Manager.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and support internal initiatives, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and drive project execution across teams. This individual will play a critical role in developing project documentation, communication plans, and enablement materials to ensure organizational alignment and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, action items, and status reports.
• Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Create and implement effective communication and change management plans.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards and best practices across all project activities.
• Support the development and refinement of processes and tools to improve data quality and governance.
• Monitor project milestones and performance, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver project updates, presentations, and reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Management to develop a repository of pitch decks and templates to support the sales team.
• Create comprehensive sales playbooks and documentation to support education and consistency in process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (required).
• Salesforce experience is highly preferred
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale projects, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
