Responsibilities include managing project scope, coordinating design and construction activities, and ensuring cost control and quality standards. Candidates should have 3+ years of airport/lounge project experience and strong communication skills.

• Education– bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or highly-related discipline preferred.

• Some travel may be required.
• Strong problem solving and change management skills.

Project Manager
O’Hare International Airport – Fully Onsite

$120–180K (Depending on Experience) – Full Time with Benefits

Take your career to the next level with us! R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (R.M. Chin) is seeking an experienced Project Manager. Candidates require a minimum of three years of either design or construction experience on airport or airline lounge projects. Knowledge of food service equipment, bar equipment, custom millwork, stone, FFE, and operational requirements is required. Customer-facing skills are also required. Estimating skills are a plus. Proficiencies in project scheduling, site logistics and MEP knowledge is also recommended.

Job Offer:

• Competitive base salary between $120 – 180K, depending on project assignment, experience, skills, and location.
