gpac is partnering with a Raleigh-area civil engineering firm seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer to join their management team. The role offers leadership opportunities to mentor staff and manage projects from inception to completion.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and a PE license. The candidate will oversee design, budgeting, schedules and field inspections, delivering results across diverse projects.
