Qualifications

• 8+ years of Delivery Lead, PMO, or change management experience.
• IT experience with an application development team.
• Experience with change management in financial institutions.
• Technical background: QA testing, development, analysis.
• Experience on development projects using Java or .NET.
• Risk and audit experience; vendor management.
• Ability to bridge gaps between business and development teams.
• Strong communication and self-reliant collaboration.

Description

One of our Fortune 100 financial clients is looking for a Program/Project Manager to to work out of their Charlotte, NC location.

DAY TO DAY

This DeliveryLeadwill be on the Technology team at Bank TheseDeliveryLeadswill coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery(Kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.) They will work with the Business Analysts on communication between the business and the development teams. They will work with the support and app management teams as well to ensure the strategic direction of all projects and initiatives.

MUST HAVES

• 8+ years of DeliveryLead, project management, PMO, or change management experience
  • Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into all deliverables
• IT experience: Must have worked with an application development team in the past
• Change management
  • Preferably within a financial institution
• Technical background
  • QA testing, development, analysis
• Experience working on development projects using Java or .NET
• Risk and audit experience
  • Vendor management
• Ability to merge gaps between the business team and the development teams
• Great communication, no hand holding, good soft skills
