• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field beneficial.

Role Description

The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chambersburg, PA. This position oversees commercial site development projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project plans, tracking progress, managing procurement and expediting of materials, and maintaining communication with clients, internal teams, and field crews. The Project Manager monitors quality and compliance with specifications and regulations and prepares regular status reports and documentation. This role also supports continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and project delivery practices.
