Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in project management, project operations, operations management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational activities associated with assigned projects.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, milestones, and operational timelines.
  • Monitor project activities and ensure tasks are completed according to established deadlines.

  • Prepare project status reports, operational dashboards, performance metrics, and management updates.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Support resource planning, workload management, and allocation of project resources.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

  • Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, or project launch activities when applicable.

Job Summary

The Project Manager — Project Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities required to successfully execute and deliver projects. This position ensures that project resources, processes, schedules, budgets, vendors, and deliverables are effectively coordinated and monitored throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and management to maintain operational efficiency, resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered according to established objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
