Job summary

Lynch & Associates - Engineering Consultants, LLC in Wisconsin seeks a highly motivated Project Manager to lead civil engineering and municipal projects. The role requires hands-on project leadership, client communication, and staff oversight across multiple offices.

You will design site civil, municipal, and transportation projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D, prepare reports and permits, manage budgets, and contribute to marketing and proposals.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of civil engineering experience.
• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or recognized as a technical expert.
• Participation in a Professional Organization.
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects and construction observation services.
• Work independently and direct staff on project tasks.
• Oversee training and oversight of staff.
• Design site civil, municipal, and transportation projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.
• Prepare reports and permits for site civil, transportation, and municipal projects.
• Provide QA/QC of designs completed by engineering staff.
• Communicate with project teams across offices.
• Assist in proposals and contract preparation with final contracts reviewed by a Managing Member.
• Responsible for project budgeting, billings, and AR.
• Assist in marketing and client management duties.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, peers, and agencies.
• Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
• Ensure insurability under company vehicle policy.

Our core business includes civil engineering, surveying, construction observation, and municipal services. We provide innovative solutions through technology, inspired design, and client centric customer service. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 6- 10 years of experience.
• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE Registration or recognized as a technical expert.
• Participation in a Professional Organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

Candidates would be required to perform the following tasks:
