Actalent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a small design-build commercial team in Brighton, MI. You will work with multiple project teams to deliver on time and within budget for projects including a $100M multi-family site in Ann Arbor and other municipal/industrial projects.

Responsibilities include proposals, bid support, documentation control, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ground-up commercial project management experience.
• Experience with budget reporting and financial status tracking.
• Ability to administer the submittal process and control documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication with subcontractors and teams.
• OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid, MUST Safety certifications.
• Proficiency in project management, construction, and budgeting.

Work Environment

The position operates within a small design-build construction company, supporting multiple concurrent projects such as municipal, industrial, and storage units. The role involves a mix of office and field work, with typical hours from 7 AM to 5 PM and some Saturdays if projects are behind schedule. The position is salaried with no overtime, and involves 75% office work and 25% fieldwork, with regular team meetings.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, MI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
