Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in heavy fabrication, infrastructure, or industrial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering, shop, field, and QC teams to ensure workflow and compliance.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.

Position Summary

• Lead all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering, shop, field, and QC teams to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure all work meets Steward Machine's safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of project management experience in heavy fabrication, infrastructure, or industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding, machining, and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
• Experience with DOT, AISC, or AWS standards.
