Job summary

Deploy seeks a driven DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of modular building projects using our Design Manufacture Construct delivery model. You will steer cross-functional teams through design, manufacturing, construction, and logistics, ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience managing complex programs, and the ability to mentor junior staff while developing robust cost models and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or manufacturing.
• Data Center Experience Preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in a design-build or modular construction environment.
• Ability to thrive in a high growth innovative organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, fast paced projects from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as a hands-on, leader driving safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance.
• Act as a client focused communicator, managing relationships, reporting, and expectations.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams across Design, Manufacturing, Construction, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure efficient, well planned site execution.
• Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, change management and reporting.
• Support estimating efforts with a data driven and analytical approach.
• Develop accurate cost models, estimates, and project assumptions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead structured program launches with clear schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and opportunities with a forward thinking, proactive mindset.
• Ensure timely and efficient project closeout.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and team members.
• Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
