Job summary

Safe Air Technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, scope conformance, and budget adherence. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, build detailed plans, and communicate status to stakeholders while mitigating risks and ensuring best practices throughout the project life cycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and proven PM experience, with strong organizational, communication, and leadership

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans and schedules using project management software such as Microsoft Project.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests, to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication to team members and stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects aligned with goals and objectives.

About the Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively to deliver high-quality project outcomes. The Project Manager will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders. They will also identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout the project life cycle. Ultimately, the Project Manager will drive project success by fostering collaboration, maintaining clear communication, and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and management within a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software tools.
  • Strong understanding of project life cycle methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience managing projects in a technology or software development environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
