Gemini Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. You will manage end-to-end delivery, engage stakeholders, and drive Agile/Scrum practices to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and deliver results.

The role requires 6–10 years of IT project delivery experience, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with BPM/workflow automation platforms such as Appian.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering enterprise-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Experience working with BPM or workflow automation platforms such as Appian will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA teams, and business users, to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, issue resolution, and governance activities.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, delivery processes, and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide project teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinate deployment activities and manage project transitions to production and support teams.

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in IT project delivery, project management, or program management roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software development or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and project governance.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), workflow automation, and enterprise application delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications

• Exposure to Appian platform implementations or BPM/workflow automation solutions.
• Appian certifications will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets domains.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, and release management.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of enterprise application integration and digital transformation programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree or master's in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
