The SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Project Manager to oversee property damage mitigation projects from start to finish in Augusta, AR. You will coordinate the Production Crew, property owners, and insurance companies, ensuring clear communication and timely completion.

Responsibilities include scoping the damage, preparing detailed estimates with our software, scheduling work, monitoring progress, and handling billing closeout.

Job Responsibilities Include

• Scoping: determine what is the problem and the extent of damage.
• Estimating: write a detailed and thorough estimate to mitigate the damage using our estimating software.
• Job Management: coordinate crews to ensure the work is properly completed, schedule the work, and monitor the project through to completion.
• Effective Communication: maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Billing: closeout the job and provide billing information and final estimate to our billing office.

The office is in Augusta and the role requires in person attendance at the office on a daily basis. There is local travel and a company car is provided.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 with a quarterly bonus based on performance. The base salary is based on experience.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
