Job summary

Lumicity in Atlanta seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and the financial performance while coordinating with subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction with a General Contractor, experience in industrial sectors, tilt-wall/tilt-up, and strong client communication. Procore experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven Project Manager experience with a General Contractor.
• Background in industrial, cold storage, distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar projects.
• Tilt-wall or tilt-up experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Stable career history with demonstrated progression.
• Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Handle buyout, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Maintain project schedules and cost controls.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Atlanta, GA | $120,000-$165,000 Base + Project Profit Bonus

A well-established and growing general contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their Atlanta team. This is a great opportunity for a construction professional with strong ground-up experience who wants to take on large, complex projects with an established GC.

The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial, cold storage, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar commercial construction projects. Tilt-wall or tilt-up experience is highly preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
