Job summary

Z Modular in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee modular multi-family projects from fabrication through erection and turnover. This position requires strong project management skills, budget and schedule oversight, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. You will contribute directly to ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects while aligning project goals with the needs of construction, logistics, manufacturing, and stakeholders.You will collaborate with internal teams including construction, logistics, design/engineering, manufacturing, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality expectations.
