Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements for the assigned building. This role focuses on delivering compliant project execution and reliable service delivery.

You will develop and implement cost control measures, establish level of service standards, supervise inspections and quality controls, and manage inventory of equipment and supplies to support building operations.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operation and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements for the assigned building.
• Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements.
• Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned building.

Pay:$65,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’sexperience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.
