Project Execution & Client Management
  • Manage commercial construction projects from mobilization through final completion and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with Superintendents and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct and lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
  • Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the life of the project.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges that may impact schedule, budget, quality, or client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accountability for project budgets, cost control, forecasting, profitability, and overall financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track committed costs and maintain accurate job cost reporting.
  • Prepare and submit monthly owner pay applications.
  • Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices.
  • Prepare, price, negotiate, and process owner and subcontract change orders.
  • Prepare monthly project forecasts and profitability projections.
Field Leadership & Coordination
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans.
  • Lead project teams through proactive communication, decision-making, and accountability to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Support procurement activities and collaborate with field teams and vendors to ensure long-lead materials and equipment are delivered in support of project schedules.

  • Manage punch list completion and turnover activities.
  • Coordinate closeout documentation including warranties, operation manuals, training requirements, and as-built drawings.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are satisfied prior to final completion.
